Software Installation Guide

Step 1: System Requirement

Before installing the antivirus software, ensure that your system meets the following requirements:

1. Operating System: Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 (SP1), or macOS 10.12 (Sierra) and later

2. RAM: Minimum 2 GB

3. Disk Space: Minimum 1.5 GB of free space

4. Internet Connection: Required for product activation and updates

Step 2:How to Install Antivirus Software

1. Download the Antivirus Installer:
– You will receive a download link via email.

2. Run the Installer:
– Locate the downloaded file, typically found in your “Downloads” folder.
– Double-click the installer file to run it.

3. Follow the Installation Wizard:
– Click “Yes” if prompted by User Account Control.
– Read and accept the End User License Agreement (EULA).
– Choose the installation type (recommended: “Full Installation”).
– Click “Next” to continue.

4. Complete the Installation:
– Wait for the installation process to complete. This may take a few minutes.
– Click “Finish” once the installation is complete.

5. Activate the Antivirus:
– Open the antivirus software from your desktop or Start menu.
– Enter the activation code provided with your purchase via email.
– Click “Activate” to complete the activation process.

6. Update the Antivirus:
– Ensure your antivirus software is up-to-date by running the initial update.
– Click “Update” in the software interface to download the latest virus definitions.

Step 3: How to Uninstall Antivirus Software

1. Open Control Panel:
– Press `Windows + R` to open the Run dialog.
– Type `control` and press `Enter` to open the Control Panel.

2. Navigate to Programs and Features:
– Click on “Programs” or “Programs and Features” (depending on your view settings).

3. Find the Antivirus Software:
– Scroll through the list of installed programs to find the antivirus software.
– Click on the antivirus software to select it.

4. Uninstall the Software:
– Click the “Uninstall” button at the top of the list.
– Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the uninstallation process.
– Restart your computer if prompted.
